CPC exports approximately 99% of its total production to international markets, including North America, Europe, Asia, and other regions. We work with retailers, importers, distributors, promotional companies, and global brands that require reliable reusable bag manufacturing and large-scale production support.
Production lead time depends on order quantity, material availability, printing process, and product complexity. Standard orders normally require around 30 to 45 days after sample approval and order confirmation. For large programs or custom materials, our team will provide a detailed production and shipment schedule.
Yes. CPC applies strict quality control throughout material inspection, printing, lamination, cutting, sewing, packing, and final inspection. Our factories are regularly audited, and we can support different testing, certification, social compliance, and sustainability requirements based on each customer’s market.
CPC operates 23 production facilities across Southern Vietnam, with a total production area of approximately 500,000 m² and more than 8,000 employees. Our monthly capacity is around 40 million bags, allowing us to support large retail programs, seasonal orders, and long-term supply contracts.
Yes. CPC produces reusable bags using recycled PP and recycled PET materials. We can also provide certified recycled materials with traceability documents when required. Our recycled reusable bags are designed for retailers, importers, and global brands looking for more sustainable packaging solutions.
The minimum order quantity depends on the bag design, material, printing method, and production process. Standard reusable bags normally require a lower MOQ, while special materials, custom colors, or complex printing may require a higher quantity. Yes. CPC provides fully customized reusable bag solutions, including bag size, shape, material, color, printing, handles, zippers, pockets, lamination, and packaging. Our technical and development teams can also support customers in improving bag structure, reducing cost, and selecting the right material for each retail program.
CPC manufactures reusable bags using a wide range of materials, including PP woven, PP non-woven, recycled PP, RPET spunbond, RPET stitchbond, polyester, washable paper, laminated fabrics, and insulated materials. We help customers select the most suitable material based on product use, target price, durability, printing requirements, and sustainability goals.
We specialize in manufacturing non-woven bags, PP woven bags, cotton bags, canvas bags, paper bags, thermal bags, and various other eco-friendly packaging products made to order.
